Mantels are designed to cover flasks at the equator and to heatthe flask uniformly. These can be used to heat liquids upto 300o C . Heating elements are perfectly insulated by glass sleeving & ceramic beads. Heating mantels are lagged with glass woolswith glass wool insulation with maximum thickness to achive high efficency. Temperature control unit is provided in a projecting unit with switches , pilot lamps etc. We manufacture all the heating mantles keeping the Borosil Flask as the standard size flask. This Heating mantle is same as that of the Ordinary Heating mantle but comes with Voltage controller for appropriate usage of the Electricity. In this kind of heating mantle temparature will be controlled by controlling the incoming voltage to the heater. Technical Details. Tublar Heaters are used inside that of the ordinary open heating elements. Voltage controller is attached to the Heating mantle to control the incoming voltage. Saves on electrical consumption. Digital display and controller can also be attached for the better accuracy of the results, also to measure the surface temparature of the Element.
