CT TEST SET

A] CT TEST BRIDGE:

This test bridge is suitable for testing current transformer having secondary current of 5A and 1A.

Input Voltage : 230V, 50Hz. , 1 phase AC.
Secondary Current : 5A and 1A.
Phase Angle Error Range : 0 to + 20 minutes on x1 range
0 to + 100 minutes on x5 range
0 to + 400 minutes on x20 range
Ratio Error Range : 0 to + 0.5% on x1 range
0 to + 2.5% on x5 range
0 to +10% on x20 range
Polarity Check : Polarity indicated by lamp with "check" position selection.
Ammeter : One digital ammeter to indicate the injected current in %.
Detector : A built-in detector of electronic type.

This Test Kit is used for non-destructive means of assessing the quality of high voltage transformers, motors, cables etc., which are used in generation & distribution of electric power.

The basic system consists of-

  • DISCHARGE MEASURING MODULE

Input : 230volts, 50Hz., single phase AC.
Measuring Range: 0 to 5,50,500,5000pC in different switchable ranges.
Discharge pulses can be detected and measurement can be done in analog scale as well as in PC.

  • MATCHED MEASURING IMPEDANCE
    In series with standard capacitor this forms a voltage divider and decouples the high frequency signals to feed the discharge measuring module. The set is electro statically shielded.
  • Standard Capacitor: 100pf or 1000 pf.
