MICROSCOPE SIX POSITION (LSE)
In this microscope a dovetailed cast iron carriage slides on a heavy cast iron base. In the carriage a locking arrangement is provided to arrest coarse motion when fine motion screw is used. By successively locking and unlocking, motion in the total traverse can be provided by the slow motion screw. Two holes are provided with clamping screws to hold the microscope in either vertical or horizontal plane. Horizontal movement 160mm, vertical movement can be kept vertically, Least count 0.01mm, working distance 50mm, eye piece 8X Ramsden, reticule 90° cross and total magnification 25X. Supplied in polished wooden case. |

\MICROSCOPE COMPACT NEWTON RINGS (LSE)
This specially designed microscope for Newton’s rings experiment is very compact in size and economically priced. It has a built in light-reflecting unit and within the lightweight aluminum cast body the Newton’s rings apparatus can be placed. The motion to the microscope is given by a micrometer screw of traverse 10mm and least count 0.01mm. The microscope has 75mm working distance. 8X Ramsden eye pieces with a 90° cross line reticule and total magnification of 6X. Supplied in polished wooden case. |
