| This disposable,adhesive seat provides the best seating option of EU plates.The EU opti-seal is non - pierceable, but can be easily removed after the PCR reaction is performed . A pressure applied by the heated lid of aq thermal cycler ,& is needed to keep the seal well closed during thermal cycling .EU opti-seal has excellent optical properties & is therefore a good choice for Real - Timer PCR applications. |
