Hydraulic Cylinder

- Standard (Telescopic/Non-telescopic) cylinders with single and double acting tie rod, welded construction in bore diameters of 40mm to 500mm.

Technical Specifications
Pipes: Cold drawn seamless tubes of material ST-52 honed to surface roughness of Ra=0.4 microns and less Piston rods: EN-8 materials are ground hard chrome plated. Special rod of induction hardened, end styles and sizes are available. Ports: BSP, NPTF or SAE O-ring ports can be provided at any position related to cylinder mounting. Seals: All cylinders incorporate seals suitable for use with petroleum-based fluids from -20 degrees C. to +60 degrees C. Seals material options to offer are PU, Viton, PTFE, and Nitrile. Pressure Rating: CHP cylinders are rated for max. 300 bar (4200 PSI) continuous operation. Lift platform: Size as per customer specifications with or without Roller table and Hand rails Lift travel/stroke: Up to 2000 mm Cylinders: Single/Double acting cylinders with built-in hose burst safety valve at rear-end port of each cylinder. The internal bore is honed & piston rod is ground, hard chrome plated with good quality seals. Power pack: Electro Hydraulic Power Pack is specially designed to meet the required speed of lift and load. Hand operated pump can be supplied for smaller capacity & trolley mounted Scissor Lifts. Controls: Complete electrical control panel with multiple options. Safety: Hose burst valve is an integral part of the lift cylinders, followed by electrical limit switches and mechanical stopper.
