Microprocessor trainer Model MPT-J-85, is an 8085 trainer. This trainer is for starters. Using this trainer, students studying in, electronics, electrical, instrumentation, mechanical, chemical engineering subjects, B.Sc. (electronics, computers, and physics) laboratory, and polytechnics can learn programming an 8085 Microprocessor. Using an on-board 8255, Input/output interface experiments can be performed. The instrument is supplied with 64K memory, to the FULL addressable capability of the 8085 Microprocessor. There is no need for you to add extra memory. The memory is distributed as 32K EPROM and 32K RAM. The RAM is provided with a battery backup. This trainer can be used to perform interface experiments using 24 TTL I/O lines on board programmable peripheral interface IC 8255. This trainer has built-in power supplies. This is housed in an ergonomically designed cabinet. Essentially designed to teach the study of: - Instruction set of 8085.
- Familiarize the components used in typical MICROPROCESSOR based instruments.
- Design application oriented equipment.
- Design student projects.
- Perform input/output experiments.
