Objectives of this experiment: To construct tuned class C amplifier and to obtain,
i) Selectivity is necessary to ensure that frequencies outside the wanted band are not amplified to some extend by using a (LC) parallel resonant circuit acting as the collector load for transistor.
ii) Calculate the voltage gain at higher frequencies and to draw the graph between gain versus frequency.
