Objectives of this experiment:
1. To demonstrate the operation of a typical visible light-emitting diode (red, green & purple coloured), after drawing a "forward current-versus-forward voltage" characteristics curve of an LED.
2. To select the current limiting resistance of an LED, and to verify that the LED has higher reverse resistance, just like NPN junction diode when LED is reverse-biased.
3. To demonstrate the difference in LED radiation patterns of red LED. Built in regulated power supply: +15V/150mA
