It destroys Bacteria, Viruses and Cysts in a very short duration, when it comes in contact with any media i.e. water, air or any food item. Ozone is considered by most, to be the best available technology and a better alternative than using chemicals. The concentration of O3 is higher or inhaled for longer duration. As per OSHA and other controlling agencies O3 concentration should not exceed 0.1 ppm (0.2mg/M3): 8 hours or more / day. 0.3 ppm (0.6mg/M3) : Maximum 10 minutes.
