Objectives of this experiment:
1. To demonstrate the effects of radiant energy on photocells (A photocell undergoes a large resistance change when exposure is changed from complete darkness to intense light, from several megaohms to tens of ohms).
2. To show how radiant energy can be used to control electronic circuits.
3. To use photocell as "a simple light intensity-to-frequency counter", in conjunction with a 555 timer. Built in regulated power supply: + 15V/300mA
