| This interface consists of 2 X 16 Alphanumeric character LCD module. Normally all LCD modules require parallel data as input / output for configuration and DATA control. Using the PIC trainer, It receives data serially and displays it on the LCD. This experimental interface allows experimenting and seeing how 2-3 wire serial communications can be implemented. An external power supply 5V DC @250mA is required or +5V DC power supply Model SP5 is recommended. |
