Soil Thermometer
(LSE) |
Treat your seeds like you would your children - keep them warm while they're asleep. |
|
It only makes sense that any growing thing needs enough warmth to survive. Seeds germinate successfully when the soil is the right temperature - that's why we can't plant too early. But when is that? With this thermometer, you'll take the guesswork out of your planting. It has the added benefit of teaching students about temperature by having them test the soil daily, maybe even chart their results. |
|
The virtually indestructible thermometer gives readings of -15 to 65 degrees Celcius with easy-to-read numnbers. 32 cm (12.5") long, it includes a round push ball on the top for easy insertion into the soil, even if it is hard or dry. |
