| This trainer is intended to study the operating characteristics of NPN, PNP Transistors, JFET, and MOSFET power device. This trainer has all the necessary passive and active components like assorted value of resistors, capactiors, potentiometers, 6V filament bulb, built-in power supplies. This trainer requires two additional 100mA DC current meters and a DMM. Using an external 1 MHz Function generator, frequency response characteristics can also be evaluated. |
