The completely transparent tank has seamless construction and is made of polycarbonate plastic that can withstand 120ºC. Fast acting thermostat also serves as low-water-level protector, providing safety against heating element burn-out and fire hazards, and incorporates temperature setting in ºC from ambient to 100ºC. The thermostat allows for temperature control accuracy of about ±0.3ºC ensures precise test conditions. When combined with evaporation lid, this water baths becomes a boiling bath. The evaporation lid has six opening of about 105mm diameter, which are equipped with concentric rings to reduce the diameter of the openings to accommodate container of different sizes. |
