Objectives of this experiment:
1. The transistor curve tracer is used mainly to study the characteristic curves of PNP and NPN transistor.
2. With the curve tracer, the transistor can be tested for characteristics like current gain, saturation voltage, saturation resistance, cut off current linearity and distortion, temperature effects and so on.
3. We can trace the CE characteristic curves of both PNP & NPN transistors using oscilloscope. Built in regulated power supply: +15V/150mA, -15V/150mA, +5V/300mA.
