TV VERTICAL SWEEP OSCILLATOR SUBSYSTEM TRAINING BOARD Objectives : This trainer performs two main functions. a) Firstly - it produces oscillations at the vertical sweep rate (50Hz). The phase and frequency of these oscillations is controlled by the vertical sync signals obtained from the sync separator. b) Secondly-it amplifies these oscillations and provides sufficient current of saw tooth waveform to the vertical deflection coil.
