The reservoir is caged in wooden block that has sliding & clamping arrangement on the board. The board is mounted vertically on heavy metal base with synthetic hammer finish with levelling screws. Complete with rubber tubing. |

Consists of a glass tube heavy walled 1350x32mm with cork bung, short & long ebonite rod, cork pistons, mounted on a polished wooden board 1520x125x22mm with spring clamps. The long ebonite piston is supported by wood clamp secured with wing nuts.

TUNING FORK ON RESONANCE BOX (LSE)
For demonstrating the production of beat frequencies. Comprises two nickel plated forks A (426.6) mounted on individual boxes. One fork is provided with adjustable mass by means of which frequency may be shifted from the nominal 426.6. When both forks are sounded a clearly audible 'beat' is produced, its rate depending upon the difference in frequency between the forks. |
