CLASS "C" AMPLIFIER

Objectives of this experiment:

To construct tuned class C amplifier and to obtain,
i) Selectivity is necessary to ensure that frequencies outside the wanted band are not amplified to some extend by using a (LC) parallel resonant circuit acting as the collector load for transistor.
ii) Calculate the voltage gain at higher frequencies and to draw the graph between gain versus frequency.
Built in regulated power supply: +15V/300mA
Input Supply: 230 VAC/50Hz mains operated.

TRANSISTOR CURVE TRACER

Objectives of this experiment:
1. The transistor curve tracer is used mainly to study the characteristic curves of PNP and NPN transistor.
2. With the curve tracer, the transistor can be tested for characteristics like current gain, saturation voltage, saturation resistance, cut off current linearity and distortion, temperature effects and so on.
3. We can trace the CE characteristic curves of both PNP & NPN transistors using oscilloscope.

Built in regulated power supply: +15V/150mA, -15V/150mA, +5V/300mA.
Input Supply: 230 VAC/50Hz mains operated.
Dimension: 27cms x 17cms x 10cms.
Weight: 500gms

TRANSISTOR TIME DELAY RELAY CIRCUIT

Objectives of this experiment:

To construct transistor time delay relay circuit and verify its operation. The time-delay can be performed by connecting different values of capacitors at base of transistor. Once the transistor starts into conduction the current passes through the coil of relay and in turn turns on the relay.

Built in regulated power supply: + 15V/300mA
Input Supply: 230 VAC/50Hz mains operated.
Dimension: 27cms x 17cms x 10cms.
Weight: 500gms
