FLUID PRESSURE APPARATUS
For demonstrating the transmissibility of fluid pressure. Comprising two brass cylinders 19mm and 38mm diameter respectively fitted with pistons and connected by a brass tube. For loading the mass the pistons are provided with rods terminating in circular platform of 75mm diameter each. The apparatus is mounted on a polished wooden base 200 x 100 x 22mm and overall height with both pistons at the bottom of their cylinders is 245mm.

To show that the level of liquid in communicating vessels is constant irrespective of the size or shape of the vessels. Comprising four glass tubes of differing shapes and cross-sectional area projecting vertically from a common horizontal tube. Mounted on a base 230x100x22mm, the apparatus has an overall height of approximately 160mm.

A circular gauge having an overall diameter of 100mm and a depth of 40mm. The dial reads 0 to 50 lbs/In? x1 & 0 to 3.5 Kg/cm2 x .1 actual (total) pressure and the case has a clear Perspex back so that the working parts may be seen.
